Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to Germany, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and selected international destinations (including parts of Asia and the Middle East).

2. Processing Time

Processing time is typically 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Carriers

Shipping is carried out via Hermes or DHL, depending on the destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery within the European Union usually takes 3–8 business days.

Delivery to the United Kingdom and Switzerland usually takes 4–10 business days.

Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance or high shipping volumes).

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries to the United Kingdom or Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information.
